This helps to prevent transepidermal water loss which can cause roughness, flakiness, red reactive skin, fine lines, wrinkles and a loss of bounce and elasticity in the skin. Made from a fine blend of herbal oils and vitamin E, Seba-E is designed to penetrate deep within the skin to nourish dehydrated, dry and inflamed skin conditions. Seba-E is not recommended for oily, acne prone skin, which have excess sebum.
