Urba cannot be responsible for missing orders where an eircode was not provided and/or the incorrect delivery information was inputted.
Any amendments to the delivery of your order must be submitted directly to the courier of choice once confirmation of your shipment is received, Urba cannot assist in the change of any delivery details.
Brexit will not affect orders shipping within Ireland. As we are an Irish company, fully operating within the Republic of Ireland, no import taxes or hidden charges will be applied to any orders.
During Sale Periods & Bank Holidays: Please allow up to 5 working days for delivery as there may be some delays with our couriers. Please allow the full 5 working days from date of despatch for your order to arrive. Any delivery enquiries made before this time has been reached, will not be responded to.
Prioritising Orders: Please note that as a company policy, Urba cannot prioritise or fast-track individual orders. All orders are processed on a first come, first serve basis. Requests or this nature may not be responded to.
Collection Service: Urba offers a collection service from both Athlone and Tullamore. Select this option at checkout.
SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
In the unlikely event of anything arriving damaged, please notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days.
We offer a 14 day return policy; the 14 days start from the day on which you receive your order. We will accept returned merchandise provided that it has not been opened or any security seals broken.
Please use sturdy packaging when returning any item and include your details, order number and reason for return. Please do not send us returns without first getting an email authorisation from Urba, please enclose a copy of the email in your return, we can not accept returns we know nothing about.
If you wish to return anything, we must receive it within 7 days of our return authorisation being issued. Upon satisfactory receipt we will refund you through your original payment method, the relevant amount less shipping.
Please notify us at email@example.com if you have not received your order within 7 days of it being dispatched from Millies. If non delivery is not reported to our courier service within 7 days, we are unable to address any non-delivery issues
