BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT
Bookings can be made 24/7 via our website by clicking here. Please note patch test prompts on the system at time of booking. It is your responsibility to ensure that you have received a current patch test on arrival for your appointment. If in any doubt , please contact your chosen clinic.
Please arrive alone to your appointment, no one should be in our waiting area unless they have an appointment at that time in Urba or are waiting to be patch tested.
Face coverings are now optional, and entirely up to client’s own preference.

For the safety of clients and staff alike – we at Urba have a child free policy in place in both clinics. Please arrive alone for your appointment.
Our team is working on a schedule. It is our responsibility to start and end all treatments in a timely fashion. We endeavour to respect and honour our clients schedule to the best of our ability. It is unfair to overlap on the next client’s treatment.
We do understand that things can happen that are out of your control, and we do sympathise, however, please understand that they are also out of our control. If you happen to arrive late, we may be able to facilitate you fully, partially, or not at all. Our team operate with a “can do” attitude however sometimes it is just impossible as we “can’t do” .
We follow a strict cancellation policy here at Urba. We understand that not everyone likes the idea of losing a deposit, however, if we don’t manage the massive cost of missed appointments, inflation on the cost of services will continue to rise. In order to provide you always with a quality service and a highly skilled expert we must ensure the smooth running of both our diaries. Diary and appointment management is is a delicate balancing act. Dedication and commitment is required on both clinic & Clients behalf.
Any appointments cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the non refundable booking deposit of 50% (with exception of Phibrow).
Any ‘no shows’ will be charged the full price of appointment and we may decide to refuse future booking if this is a common recurrence. No shows allow us zero opportunity to refill the slot or to allocate therapists to another area. This is highly disruptive to our day and very unfair.
Every guest receives a confirmation email and a text message prior to their appointment so really there is no reason for mixing up dates/times. Cancellation fees will apply to all cancellations/no shows within a 24 period regardless of situation. We must cover operational costs and therapist wages/cost etc.
PATCH TEST POLICY
If you have not been tinted in our Urba Salons previously or if you have not been tinted in Urba in the past 6 months, a patch test is required at least 48 hours prior to your appointment time.
